Refunds, Returns, Access, and Purchase Conditions

A. What This Policy Applies To

Tiramisu-fragnance sells digital-only bakery education and operations resources. Products may include professional pastry courses, structured recipe collections, costing spreadsheets, seasonal planning templates, production planners, and presentation guides for bakery workflow and business management. By purchasing any item, you agree that your order is governed by the rules below.


B. Digital Delivery Rules

All items are delivered electronically. We do not ship physical goods, printed materials, or any tangible products. Delivery may occur through a secure download link, a customer portal, or another digital delivery method shown at checkout.

Typical product formats include:

  • PDF recipe books and guides

  • editable spreadsheets such as XLSX or CSV

  • structured planners and templates

  • course files and digital lesson materials


C. When Your Purchase Is Considered Delivered

Because digital products can be saved as soon as they are made available, delivery is considered complete when access is issued. That includes any of the following:

  • your download link is created or made available

  • your customer portal access is activated

  • the files or course materials become accessible for viewing or download

Once delivery occurs, the product is treated as provided in full, even if you choose not to download immediately.


D. No Refunds, No Returns, No Exchanges

Tiramisu-fragnance operates under a final sale standard for digital products. After delivery, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Digital files cannot be physically returned, and access cannot be reliably revoked once granted. For this reason, all sales are final once your digital access has been provided.

To avoid mistakes, you should review product pages carefully prior to purchase, including deliverables, file formats, and any stated requirements.


E. Access Problems and File Delivery Errors

If a genuine technical issue prevents you from accessing your files, we will take reasonable steps to restore delivery. Support may include reissuing links, correcting missing file delivery, or replacing a corrupted download when the issue is verified.

Access support is limited to delivery problems on our side. It does not cover issues caused by your own device, software, network restrictions, storage limitations, or missing applications required to open standard file formats.


F. Duplicate Purchases

If the same product is purchased more than once, you may contact support for a transaction review. If duplication is verified, we may provide a corrective resolution at our discretion. Any decision depends on confirmation of the duplicate transaction and delivery records.


G. Updates and Version Changes

We may update or improve digital products over time. Your purchase grants access to the version available at the time of purchase. Access to future updates or expanded versions is not included unless the product page explicitly states that updates are provided.


H. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue, you should contact support first so we can attempt to resolve it through access restoration. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after digital access has been delivered may result in suspension or permanent restriction of access to purchased products and future purchases. We reserve the right to contest disputes where delivery has already occurred.


I. Policy Changes

Tiramisu-fragnance may modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately once posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically to stay informed.


J. Agreement

By purchasing any digital product from Tiramisu-fragnance, you confirm that you understand the digital nature of the products and agree to these Refund and Returns Terms.
